– Production of detailed wedding day itinerary

Review of vendor contracts

Confirm arrangements with rental company: check delivery date, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc.

Detailed timeline will be sent one week prior to your wedding day to all vendors for review

Confirmation of all wedding vendors

 

WEDDING DAY

2 coordinators

Manage the flow & timing of ceremony & reception

Act as liaison between wedding party, family members, & vendors

Wedding rehearsal (15min)

 

CEREMONY

Distribution of bouquets & pin flowers on attendants & family members

Directing of photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist, etcetera where to set up

Overseeing of ceremony setup to ensure all commitments are fulfilled

Distribution of final payments & gratuities as needed

Setup of all ceremony decor not handled by any specific vendor: guest signing item, unity candles, programs, etcetera

Direction of ushers for program distribution

Lining up wedding party for ceremony

Cueing musicians for ceremony

Giving marriage license to officiant

Ensuring wedding rings are present

 

COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION

– Setup of all reception decor not handled by any specific vendor: favors, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort cards, charger plates, etcetera

Management of vendor setup of reception & ensuring all commitments are fulfilled

Bustling of wedding gown

Lineup & cueing of bride, groom, & wedding party for grand entrance

Assisting entertainment provider in cueing important events: grand entrance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etcetera

Cueing of bride & groom for all important events

Maintaining & coordinating timeline for all events during reception

Staying in communication with banquet staff to ensure things are going smoothly

Retrieve wedding décor provided by devoted events and bride at the end of the night.
